Job requirements:

--Should have a college diploma or above, and have at least 3 years of relevant work experience;

--Familiar with relevant documents such as the Accreditation Criteria for Testing and Calibration Laboratory Competence, and familiar with the operation of management systems;

--Familiar with laboratory quality and technical management requirements, with rich knowledge of quality management;

--Familiar with laboratory testing business, with strong communication skills with superiors;

--Has strong organizational and coordination skills, able to promptly and decisively handle occasional problems that arise during the operation of the quality system;

--Be fair and impartial, handle affairs seriously and pragmatically, and enforce strict discipline.

1) Responsible for the quality work of the laboratory, organizing the preparation, revision of management manuals and procedural documents, and conducting audits;

2) Responsible for maintaining the operation of the laboratory management system, preparing internal audit plans, and appointing internal auditors;

3) Approve corrective measures for the quality system, track and verify their implementation, and approve restoration work;

4) Responsible for conducting customer satisfaction surveys and collecting customer feedback, tracking and handling them;

5) Responsible for statistics and evaluation of quality objectives;

6) Organize the handling of complaints and quality accidents in testing work;

7) Responsible for organizing and formulating the annual training plan for the laboratory, as well as organizing, implementing, and evaluating the effectiveness of pre job training for employees;

8) Responsible for developing management review plans, preparing review reports, and organizing the implementation and tracking confirmation of review conclusions;

9) Comply with the requirements of CNAS-CL01 Accreditation Criteria for Testing and Calibration Laboratory Competence.
