Laboratory Technical Director
Job requirements:
--Should have intermediate or higher professional and technical titles or equivalent abilities, and be competent in the work undertaken;
--Familiar with the company's quality and technical management requirements, with rich professional technical work experience and technical management experience;
--Familiar with the testing business in this industry, courageous in technological innovation, with strong organizational and coordination abilities, and able to organize our company's technical research and development activities;
--Master the requirements for quantity traceability of testing instruments and equipment;
--Master the purpose and scope of testing items;
--Has a strong theoretical foundation in detection.
1) Responsible for the technical work of the laboratory;
2) Responsible for organizing and handling technical issues in testing and technological transformation;
3) Responsible for organizing the preparation and review of technical documents;
4) Responsible for organizing the demonstration and approval of new construction projects, technical renovation projects, and equipment procurement plans;
5) Organize a review of the quality assurance and testing capabilities of subcontracting laboratories and select subcontracting laboratories;
6) Responsible for evaluating the technical capabilities of suppliers and reviewing technical documents in procurement applications;
7) Responsible for preparing the laboratory quality control plan and organizing its implementation;
8) Confirm the ability of personnel responsible for operating specialized equipment, conducting testing and evaluation results, and signing test reports;
9) Approve technical corrective measures and track and verify the implementation of corrective measures, and approve restoration work;
10) Responsible for summarizing and analyzing industry information;
11) Responsible for organizing the novelty search, selection, formulation, validation, and uncertainty analysis of testing methods, ensuring that all technical data related to testing work is currently valid, and organizing the validation of non-standard methods;
12) Responsible for approving deviation permits;
13) Responsible for organizing the implementation, supervision, and confirmation of calibration status of traceability testing;
14) Responsible for reviewing the verification plan during the period and confirming the validity of the verification results;
15) Responsible for managing and controlling the quality of report preparation;
16) Comply with the requirements of CNAS-CL01 Accreditation Criteria for Testing and Calibration Laboratory Competence.
