2. Passionate about research and development work, agile thinking, and good communication skills;

3. Having good professional ethics, pragmatic, and able to endure hardship and hard work;

4. Priority given to work with relevant industry background;

Work experience:

1. Engaged in testing and calibration, with priority given to the development of rubber product formulas, improvement and testing of production processes in the fields of materials and polymer chemistry and physics;
