Semi-structural adhesive

Expansion type thermosetting shock absorbing expansion adhesive with synthetic rubber and tackifying resin as base material. It is mainly used for shock absorbing bonding between the outer panel and the reinforcement beam or skeleton such as door, side panel, box cover, engine cover, etc..

After curing by electrophoresis process, the outer plate is bonded together with the reinforcement beam, which prevents the two rigid materials from colliding with vibration, and at the same time prevents or weakens other vibrations from spreading directly and continuously between the two rigid materials.
