Sound insulating block structure for use in the interior of an automobile, comprising a high temperature resistant support skeleton and an intumescent material embedded in the skeleton which can be foamed and expanded after heating, wherein the support skeleton is provided with a single or multiple protruding pin structure on a concave table for embedding the intumescent material, or is provided with a single or multiple shaped holes penetrating through the support skeleton, or is provided with the said pin structure and the shaped holes at the same time, and the intumescent material is encircled in the pin structure, and the intumescent material is embedded in the shaped holes to form an inverted structure. the expansion body material is surrounded by the pin structures, and the expansion body material is embedded in the shaped holes to form an inverted structure.
