Injection molding closure
Painted plugs (2K) with hot melt adhesive layer. The body of the plug is baked with a paint finish, the hot-melt adhesive layer melts during the baking process of the paint finish and bonds to the mounting surface of the plug, which is used prior to the PVC coating after electrophoretic baking of the paint, or it can be (partially) coated with PVC.
