Quality inspector
Job responsibilities:
1. Understand the performance of automotive rubber parts, understand and implement the technical, requirements, and inspection standards in the work instruction manual, be responsible for in-process inspection and final product inspection respectively, and keep inspection records;
2. Responsible for daily maintenance and upkeep of inspection and testing equipment;
3. Responsible for identifying the inspection and testing status and assisting the workshop (warehouse) to maintain it;
4. Strictly label, isolate, and manage non-conforming products according to regulations;
5. Complete relevant quality record work as required. Participate in the implementation and control of corrective and preventive measures;
6. Ensure safety and civilized production;
7. Responsible for packaging the company's products and ensuring the accuracy of packaging quantity;
8. Responsible for confirming product labels and posting them in a standardized manner.
Job requirements:
1. Familiar with the company's product production process, with strong professional knowledge, able to correctly grasp inspection and testing methods;
2. Junior high school or above education level;
3. Has a strong sense of professionalism and work responsibility;
4. Engaged in this job for more than one year.
