Job responsibilities:
1. Participate in the sorting and tracking of TR reports during the RFQ stage, and follow up and confirm internal quotations;
2. Participate in node control, risk management, cost management, quality management, and technical management during the project development phase;
3. Responsible for collecting, producing, confirming, and archiving APQP documents;
4. Assist in organizing project related meetings (initiation, RFQ review, weekly project meetings, etc.) and providing high-level reports on work in each stage of the project;
5. Assist clients in the project development phase to connect with the main window and timely share information with internal clients;
6. Follow up on client system file submission and node management;
7. Cooperate with the client's periodic review to improve the pass rate of customer evaluations;
8. Responsible for SOP project design change management;
9. Participate in project summary and internal sharing;
10. Assist sales assistants or sales managers in coordinating the delivery time of sample orders internally and externally;
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above;
2. Familiar with the development process of automotive components, with experience in project management for OEM first tier suppliers.
