Job responsibilities:

1. Manage the overall work of the factory, organize and supervise factory employees to complete all tasks within their scope of responsibility, and implement the responsibilities of each position in the factory;

2. Responsible for the overall quality, cost, efficiency, output, delivery time, and safety of the factory;

3. Responsible for regulating the comprehensive production plan of the factory, coordinating the logistics and production plans of the entire factory;

4. Issue production plans and tasks, arrange and control the progress of production operations;

5. Timely respond to production abnormalities, track problems promptly, and provide reasonable suggestions;

6. Responsible for the management, training, and development of employees;

Qualification:

1. College degree or above, with no restrictions on majors (standards may be lowered for those with management experience); Can use computers and utilize digital management. 2. More than 5 years of work experience, with rich work experience and management experience in the automotive industry;

3. Familiar with the production operation and management of factories, with rich experience in production management, cost control, quality management, and logistics management.
